Joyce Licorish is a diverse artist who has virtually done it all from singing, acting on TV and film, directing and producing and most recently writing.  Her talents also include voiceovers and plus modeling. 

The bulk of her career she has focused on performing and has been seen locally and nationally in the theater and center stage, performing from Opera to Soul.  Her most notable local performances include several appearances with Indianapolis Opera including Porgy & Bess, Aida, Don Pasquale, and The Elixir of Love and the 2007 production of Dreamgirls where she starred as Effie White, Hairspray as Motormouth Maybelle, and the national tour of The Color Purple as Sofia.
